YOU SHALL DECREE A THING
Friday, January 29, 2016
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.” Job 22:28 KJV.
God has ordained our tongues with power of creations, it is through His words that He established the earth and gave it form; and so He made man in His own image, in His own likeness that he may also establish things that be not as though they were through words. The verse above declares that for us is to just make a declaration and whatever the thing is, it shall be established unto us and the light (Greek, cabod which means the glory of God) shall shine upon our always. The glory of God does not dwindle; it gleams always in our ways.
That’s why the bible says in Proverbs 16:3 NLT, “Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.” Whatever path you decide to take, let it be known unto God so that He may cause it to succeed (to make it shine His light always). The tongue carries power of life and death. A person can release only just one word and the whole nation can be devastated.
Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) says, “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. If you use your tongue well, you can make fortunes in life, even if you are not a public speaker but speak your way-out, confess the scriptures with your mouth, prophesy the scriptures over your life.
Remember one day you just made a confession with your mouth and you believed with your heart and things began to change in your life up until now you still possess the title of being an heir in God’s kingdom. You don’t need money; you need the word to be released by your mouth. Speak your way-out; declare things as a king over your life. Study the word so that you can release it out with your mouth for miracles to take place. Declare anything and it shall be established unto you: and the light shall shine upon all your ways.
Watch your tongue and keep your mouth shut, and you will stay out of trouble. Prov 21:23 NLT// Keep thy heart more than anything that is guarded; for out of it are the issues of life. Prov 4:23 Darby// A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. Prov 6:45
Lord Jesus, please help me to guard my tongue, I want to stay away from troubles. Give me the abilities to utter words that will come to pass in my life concerning my success in Jesus name. I declare that out of my tongue shall no negative words come-forth. Through my tongue, my name shall be great in Jesus name. Amen!
